"Our job was not just a roof replacement. We had a tree fall so there was damage to the roof and eaves and it was a manufactured home.
These guys were very responsive to text and phone calls. They got us on schedule. The materials were delivered when they said and placed where instructed. The workers showed up early, made repairs as needed, stayed till the job was finished - a full 12 hour day! They cleaned up their work area - no shingles or nails found! Then they sent a painter out to touch up some mismatched facia board and even that guy was amazing.

Travis responded quickly, came out and did an estimate in a timely manner, met a competitor's price, and was helpful in suggesting shingle styles (including giving addresses of where those shingles were installed on local houses to see them on a larger scale than the sample shingles). He was knowledgeable about warranties, and the team did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation was completed. The actual installers started at 7 am and finished at around 7 pm the same day. The cleanup was great with no trash left behind and multiple sweeps of the yard and driveway with magnets to pick up nails so that no one stepped on a nail or got one in their tire. I would recommend Tip Top without hesitation."

I needed a new roof and had gotten 3 different quotes ranging in price from $15,500.00 to about $18,500.00. While in this process I happened to run into the owner of Tip Top Roofing (did not know that he was the owner) while in the middle of getting several quotes for a new roof as well as a leak repair in the garage. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He didn't have a business card so I just got his office phone number and figured I would follow up later. I called the next day and made an appointment with Austin to get a quote on the work needed. He came out the next day and spent quite a bit of time with me going over what was needed and what I wanted. We got a quote the next day and I decided to go with Tip Top - they were not the cheapest (all were very close) but were more flexible with my schedule and what I wanted.
We had vacation planned so the work had to wait a couple of weeks. When they started the work Travis and Pepe were on site coordinating their crew. The crew worked most of 3 days in 90+ degree temps and when they were finally done with the roof I walked around the whole house and only found a couple of scraps of shingle pieces and 3 nails. Very impressive!
The work in the garage started the following week. Fixing drywall and insulation that had gotten damp from a leak around the chimney. The guys working on the ceiling have gone above and beyond what was asked of them and I plan on getting them to do additional work in the next month or 2."
