"Would I use Tip Top Roofing again? ABSOLUTELY!
I needed a new roof and had gotten 3 different quotes ranging in price from $15,500.00 to about $18,500.00. While in this process I happened to run into the owner of Tip Top Roofing (did not know that he was the owner) while in the middle of getting several quotes for a new roof as well as a leak repair in the garage. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He didn't have a business card so I just got his office phone number and figured I would follow up later. I called the next day and made an appointment with Austin to get a quote on the work needed. He came out the next day and spent quite a bit of time with me going over what was needed and what I wanted. We got a quote the next day and I decided to go with Tip Top - they were not the cheapest (all were very close) but were more flexible with my schedule and what I wanted.
We had vacation planned so the work had to wait a couple of weeks. When they started the work Travis and Pepe were on site coordinating their crew. The crew worked most of 3 days in 90+ degree temps and when they were finally done with the roof I walked around the whole house and only found a couple of scraps of shingle pieces and 3 nails. Very impressive!
The work in the garage started the following week. Fixing drywall and insulation that had gotten damp from a leak around the chimney. The guys working on the ceiling have gone above and beyond what was asked of them and I plan on getting them to do additional work in the next month or 2."

"Steve was prompt in getting back with me, quoting, and repairs. The first chance the weather allowed the repairs he came by, fixed the problem (boots around the PVC exhaust pipes had dryrotted.), called me to let me know, and left the invoice in the Mailbox. At $75 for a service call, an $9 in parts, plus he inspected the rest of my roof. I'll be calling Tip Top Roofing again if I have any needs."
